We will do our BEST to get you the perfect size. But we cannot guarantee it, since we only make a limited amount and most are made to order. If you need to exchange sizes, we will ONLY accept unworn, tags attached, never washed, clean (no pet hair, no smoking, etc) items.

Once we receive it, if we are able to exchange it, we will send the new items your way (We can only start doing this AFTER we have shipped everyone else’s original order, so it may be a few weeks). If we are unable to exchange sizes for lack of inventory, we can either A- mail your current sweatshirts back or B- give you a credit for the next launch.

Please add this Exchange item to your cart by selecting the size you would like to receive in exchange. This will cover the shipping charge for when we mail you a new order. The total shipping is $9, so you will see that total at checkout. In the notes at checkout, please specify exactly what you would like to receive in exchange. We will do our best :). Make sure to include your original order number and name in the return package. If you do not include your info, we will have no idea whose package it is.
